Madrid Goes Home

After a tremendous amount of fighting by attorney Michael J. Petro, (See Luis Madrid Appeals and Prays and Seventh Circuit Reverses Madrid's Conviction) on March 10, 2005, Federal District Court Judge James T. Moody entered an order dismissing Luis Madrid's indictment for conspiracy to deliver drugs.  Congratulations Luis! 

Last year, Luis was sentenced to 14 years in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Now Luis is going home to his baby boy

Now we can celebrate.
