Jesse Smith Wins in 7th Circuit!

Hey! Hey!  Hey!  On today's date, the Seventh Circuit agreed with attorney Michael J. Petro and reversed and remanded Jesse Smith's case for further proceedings.  (See Official Opinion).  (See Jesse Smith and Mike Petro Fight On and Jesse Smith Says Thanks)

"This is a great win!" stated attorney Michael J. Petro after receiving the good news.  "The Illinois Attorney General's Office threw everything but the kitchen sink at me and Jesse" stated Petro,  "Maybe now them fellas down at the AG's office will realize that it ain't the size of the dog in the fight..."
