On June 26, 2003 John (Name Ommitted) was charged with possessing a hand gun in Chicago. On April 9, 2004, with other counsel, John was convicted by a jury of possessing that handgun.
John was desperate. John was a husband, a father, a great employee and a tremendous citizen for over 50 years. Fortunately, in his desperation, John hired attorney Michael J. Petro to fight his case. Working hard, attorney Michael J. Petro immediately filed a Motion for New Trial and Appeal.
